Our story

Why we started Nitidus

We kept seeing the same thing happening to Swiss small businesses. A bakery, a plumber, a family-run shop, doing great work, with loyal customers, but invisible online. Either they had no website at all, or one that was so outdated it made the wrong impression.

The problem was never a lack of motivation. It was that the options felt too complicated or too expensive. Big agencies were overkill. DIY website builders were frustrating. And nobody seemed to offer something simple, personal and priced fairly for a business that just wants to be found.

That is exactly the gap Nitidus was built to fill. We focus on one type of client, Swiss SMEs, and give them a professional online presence without the usual headache.
